RETAIL CANNABIS LICENCE

The new provincial cannabis legislation will allow for individuals and corporations to own and operate private retail cannabis stores. Under the new Cannabis Licence Act, there shall be three types of licences required for each store - a Retail Operator Licence, Retail Store Authorization and Cannabis Retail Manager Licence. These applications shall be processed through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
